I co-founded Matcha, a live early-access booking platform for fitness studios, salons, clinics, and other service businesses. I designed its architecture, lead development, and built the LangGraph agent, multi-tenant NestJS backend, reservations, payments, calendar sync, and live dashboard updates.
I built provider-agnostic infrastructure for batch and realtime AI workloads across OpenAI and Anthropic. Its crash-safe worker system coordinates through PostgreSQL and supports routing, leases, retries, recovery, validation, notifications, and observability.
I developed this production CRM as a solo freelance project over 2.5 years. It brings clients, pets, bookings, rooms, pet taxi coordination, finances, occupancy, and reporting into one operational workflow.
I designed AI integration architecture for OMNi, a multi-tenant maritime communication platform. The work covers classification, entity extraction, prompt-action workflows, and operational automation for large volumes of maritime email data.
